AskDoc
An embeddable AI support assistant trained on your product documentation — answers customer questions instantly, only from what you've actually written, and escalates when it can't.
AskDoc is an internal concept project demonstrating AI integration at full product scope — embeddable widget, knowledge base management, analytics dashboard, and Stripe billing. Built in 8 weeks. Shows our approach to AI products: reliable, honest about limitations, and designed around real business outcomes. Not a client engagement; an honest capability demo.

Key Features
Embeddable chat widget — installs via script tag, matches brand colours
AI trained only on your documentation — will not hallucinate answers
Honest escalation: tells customers when it cannot answer, offers to open a ticket
Source references in every answer — links to the exact doc section used
Analytics dashboard: top questions, unanswered rate, content gap identification
The Challenge
SaaS companies write documentation, but customers still open support tickets asking questions the docs already answer. Hiring more support staff is expensive; generic AI chatbots hallucinate and damage trust.
Our Solution
An embeddable widget that installs via a single script tag. The AI is trained only on the company's own documentation — it cannot answer questions outside that scope, and it tells customers so rather than making something up. Unanswered questions feed directly into an analytics dashboard.
