About the Project
LogiTrack provides a single pane of glass for the entire supply chain. It integrates with ERP systems, warehouse management software, and a network of IoT sensors placed on shipments (tracking location, temperature, humidity, and shock). The platform's core is its predictive analytics engine, which forecasts potential delays due to weather, traffic, or port congestion and suggests proactive rerouting. It also monitors the condition of sensitive goods (like pharmaceuticals or food) in real-time, triggering alerts if conditions deviate from the safe range.

Ingesting and processing massive, high-frequency data streams from thousands of IoT devices simultaneously. Creating accurate predictive models in a domain with countless external variables (weather, geopolitics, etc.). Integrating with a plethora of legacy systems used by partners and carriers.
Solution
We leveraged AWS IoT Core to handle the scale and security of device communication. Time-series data from sensors was stored in a optimized database. The prediction engine uses a combination of statistical models and machine learning, trained on historical shipment data enriched with external data sources (weather APIs, traffic data). We built a flexible GraphQL API that acts as a universal adapter, making it easier to connect with various partner systems.
